David Swatling combines three interviews: with Nicholson Baker, author of the novel “Vox” (1993) on telephone sex, with Arthur Dong, documentary filmmaker, whose “Licensed to Kill” (1997) deals with hate crimes and Laura Durnford’s interview with American sculptor James Acord who is the only private individual in the world licensed to handle radioactive material, which he used in his sculpture.
