
The stealing of art and artifacts is said to be as old as man itself. To find out how prevalent it is today (and historically), David Swatling spoke to the editor of Minerva, the International Review of Ancient Art and Archeology, Dr. Jerome Eisenberg, as well as to Ronald Tauber and Anna Kisluk of the Art Loss Register, a computer database of stolen art and antiques.
