A group of international broadcasters exchanges documentaries with a common theme. This five-part series examines the way in which global forces are challenging business and industry, changing our lives.

“One more potato” from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation goes to Tasmania where farmers once supplied the whole of Australia with fresh potatoes. But now the 600 potato farmers are dependent on two multi-nationals that transform the potatoes into French fries for fast food outlets.
