In this unedited interview, Nevil Gray speaks with Timothy Leary (1920-1996) who was in Holland for a lecture and workshop. Leary was a psychologist. He tried to revolutionise the science (group therapy) and experimented with LSD. (He was dubbed the LSD guru by the media). He was famous for his phrase: “turn on, tune in, drop out”.
In the 1980’s, he embraced the personal computer as a means to enliven the human spirit and raise the level of social consciousness. His motto remained: Think for yourself and question authority. The interview covers a number of these subjects.
