More than a decade after the end of the Cold War, the only remaining superpower once again seems to be contemplating the use of nuclear weapons. Ann Marie Michel looks at the strong anti-nuclear feeling in the early 80’s and ask what the US is up to now. With contributions from Michèle Flournoy of the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, famous Norwegian peace activist John Galtung and former US Admiral Noel Gayler.
