
By the mid-1990’s when this programme was made, a number of Indian writers like Vikram Seth and Salman Rushdie had made a huge impact on the international literary scene. In this programme, we hear from women writing in India and what they are writing about. The guests include Githa Hariharan, author of “The Thousand Faces of Night”.
