Bertine Krol meets Dutch country/pop singer Ilse de Lange, who became an overnight success with her first CD. She became the first Dutch artist to sign with the famous country label Warner Brothers in Nashville. However, artistic differences of opinion caused a rift, for she will not be told what do if she feels it is not right for her. Her second CD was issued by WB Holland and, again it was a success. In the interview, she shows herself to be a nice, no-nonsense girl.
