Copenhagen currently holds the title of Cultural Capital of Europe, and Denmark’s capital is grabbing this opportunity to put on the biggest cultural event in its history. Throughout the year, hundreds of projects ranging from Hamlet in a shipyard, a Hans Christian Andersen musical, a world string quartet series and a Cutty Shark tall ships race will all showcase Danish achievement and bring together an international range of artists, thinkers, architects and athletes.
